DO NOT CATCH THEM ON A BAD DAY

Honestly, with Klasha, there’s just NO MIDDLE GROUND. It’s either you catch them at their absolute WORST, or at their very BEST.

Candid advice to prospective customers- before you make any transaction on this platform, scour their social media for the current gist- and find out if they’re having a bad hair day.

That aside, the app’s user interface is easy on the eyes. Their cards are valid (should probably do a little bit more to improve the rates.) The verification process is pretty smooth, and the customer service is quick on the draw.

Not impressed!

It’s been over a week I downloaded this app and I’ve gotten nothing but unpleasant experiences. Their customer care barely responds, especially one particular agent called Faedat or whatever her name is. You will send a message and while her account shows that she’s active, she won’t even reply. I surely didn’t hesitate to give her a bad review after she had the guts to send me a survey to rate our conversation. I’ve been having difficulties finding my dollar card and I’ve complained to them. It’s been three days and despite telling me they will get back to me within 24 hours, I’ve not heard from them since. I even had to withdraw the money I deposited there for the purpose of funding the dollar card due to personal issues. I’m no so not impressed with this app and I’m highly disappointed and regret downloading it. My main reason for downloading it was to use it to pay for Apple Music subscription since most of the other virtual card services don’t support Apple Music sub. But here I am with deep regrets and disgust about my experience. I will DEFINITELY NOT recommend it.

Run from klasha!

Short version, if you want a reliable service that gives peace of mind, klasha ain't it, run!!! Let's talk about that random and impromptu maintaince that happens 4 out of 7 days, where you can't fund or use the usd card you purchased with your money, double troubles for you if your billing or subscription date falls to that unnotified service out. Also when you decide to leave their app for your peace of mind, you get hit with a withdrawal limit of 400k, when the deposit is unlimited. Imagine how long it going to take for your to withdraw your money, that is also going to be at a premium chagre, because they sell dollars to you at a high rate and buy back at a low rate, it literally took over a week to withdraw just 2.3 mill. When you eventually decide to make do with the daily limit, your withdrawals still fails without any explanation, and you can't attempt to retry because you've hit your limit for the day. I can't believe a day would come where I would practically beg anybody not to use to an app service. Well Klasha made that happen.
